Shipping policy

General Shipping Information:

  • Normally orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days of processing payment. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed (eg, during holiday times). Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. 

    All purchases through myearfun.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. 

  • We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control.

  • In addition to transit time, there may be processing time.

    I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

    We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
     

    Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.


    What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
